Get CoAnimator.
The agentic animation studio, native on your machine. Unlimited local rendering, no watermark, no render credits.
What the download includes
CoAnimator is a single desktop application for Windows and macOS. Installing it gives you the studio — the stage, the timeline, and the agent connection — plus the coa command-line renderer for headless exports from scripts or CI, the template catalogue with its sample projects and agent skills, and the plugins that handle text-to-speech narration and media import. There is no separate download for any of it and no per-seat add-on to buy later.
Rendering runs entirely on your machine. Exports are unlimited, carry no watermark, and are not metered by credits, because there is no render farm in the loop that would need paying for. Projects are plain files on disk, so they can live in a git repository next to the product they document.
What you need to run it
A Windows or macOS machine, and an AI agent you already use — Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI or another. CoAnimator is agentic rather than tied to one vendor, so it connects to the subscription you have instead of selling you a proprietary prompt box. There is no requirement to bring an agent at all if you would rather drive the editor yourself; the agent is the fast path, not the only one.
Rendering is CPU and GPU work, so a faster machine renders faster, in the way any local video export does. Nothing about the app depends on network access once it is installed, which also means your unreleased product footage never leaves your hardware.
Updates and what comes next
CoAnimator checks for updates on launch and installs them in place, so the version you download now stays current without a reinstall. Release notes appear once, inside the app, the first time you open a new version.
While you explore, the free browser tools run today with no account: convert video to GIF, generate captions, frame a screen recording in a device mockup. The demos page shows finished videos built in the studio with the time each one took.
